Qualifications

All of our inspectors go through an intensive and thorough training program. The inspectors at AAA Inspection Services LLC are trained by the President of the company himself.

Mr. Keeble is the President of AAA Inspection Services LLC. Mr. Keeble's family is originally from the Roswell, New Mexico area but he received his training, apprenticeship, professional certifications, licensure, and experience as a Professional Real Estate Inspector in the State of Texas in the 1980's. Mr. Keeble thought it was important to get the very best education in the industry he chose to make his profession in.

Texas started the Real Estate Inspection industry and in 1976 became the first state in the union to create standards and licensure for the industry. Texas established and still has the best and most stringent licensing system in the United States for Real Estate Inspectors. In Texas you have take over 1,800 classroom hours just to be able to apprentice under a Professional Licensed Inspector. Then once apprenticing there is even more classroom hours. There are numerous Continuing Education Hours that have to be met every year also. Once the candidate for apprenticeship has apprenticed under a Professional Inspector for 250 inspections they receive an entry level Inspector License.

Mr. Keeble after many years earned the highest licensure offered by the State of Texas for Real Estate Inspectors. This license is the most difficult license to receive in Texas short of Doctor, Lawyer or CPA. The requirements are a mastery of plumbing, electrical, structural, etc. A very few Inspectors in Texas ever reach this pinnacle of licensure.

Mr. Keeble had the opportunity to move closer to his family. Move closer to his roots. Move to his beloved New Mexico. Mr. Keeble also took the opportunity to expand AAA Inspection Services LLC into New Mexico.

To Mr. Keeble's dismay New Mexico still to this day has no inspector certification, training, licensing,or support. There is absolutely no governance by the State of New Mexico in the field of Real Estate Inspectors. None whatsoever. There is no licensing or government body that determines who can and can't be a Real Estate Inspector. No state mandated Standards of Practice. No state mandated Ethics training or even a Disciplinary Board for Inspectors.

A person could be a baker, a sculptor, a ski instructor, or a bus driver and the very next day be a Real Estate Inspector in the State of New Mexico. Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with any of these professions mentioned. Mr. Keeble feels that his clients and the residents of New Mexico deserve better and would prefer inspectors with excessive experience and qualifications to inspect their families largest investment.

Mr. Keeble believes that in all fairness there are a some in the industry here that are a true asset to the industry (and yes, we will be bringing some of the quality ones into the AAA Inspection Services LLC family) but they are the minority and not the majority so be careful when selecting an inspector. Paying a little extra for quality is usually the best investment you can make.

Call 505.222.3115 and schedule your new home to be inspected with AAA Inspection Services LLC before your inspection period in your contract expires.
